Return Policy

7 Days Return Period 

We have a 7-day return policy (for online purchase only), which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return if the below conditions are met:

• The item must be unworn and not damaged.
• The item must be in the same, the original condition, packaging, product certificate and any other accessories that you first received with it original receipt.

Please do not remove the Security Sealed that is attached to the product. Your purchase is strictly non-returnable if these are broken or removed.

Refund will be rejected if the product returned is not in its original condition that you first received.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings will not be eligible for return.

Kindly take note that the jewerly product with special request such as made to order, resize ring will not eligible for return. 

We do our utmost taking photos under natural daylight to achieve the closest original color when viewed from different angles. Slightly color discrepancies may occur when viewing using a different brand of devices.

Return Your Purchase

Please contact us immediately at info@ejade.co with the photos of the defect piece before returning any item. If your return item is accepted, we will provide the details in how and where to send the item back to us. Any returned item without our approval is not accepted.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange or return. All return must be shipped with a tracking number. Once we have received your item, you will be notified by email. 

We strongly recommend you to purchase insurance with the courier service for the returned item as you are responsible for the any lost and all associated costs during return shipping process. If the returning item is damaged when we receive it, you are responsible for filing insurance claim to be reimbursed the value.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and update the refund approval status. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your original method of payment, within certain amount of working days.

Any taxes incurred on the returned item during the return process will be charged and deducted from the refunded amount.

Kindly please be informed that for Malaysia and Singapore, the shipping cost plus 1 % of the total purchase amount will be deducted from the original purchase. This is to cover the cost and insurance shipping the high value of the item when we shipped it to you.
